What is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost will be shown based on the purchase total and your location, at checkout, prior to purchase.

How are shipments made?

We work with: Post Office and some other private shipping companies, but it is up to the customer to choose at checkout!

Where can I receive my order?

We ship throughout Brazil and soon, also abroad.

How long does it take for the order to arrive?

Delivery time will depend on the shipping type selected. In general, it takes between 7 and 10 business days after payment is confirmed.

What is the deadline to make an exchange?

If you regret your purchase, you have up to 7 days after purchase to request a refund.

What should I do if the product does not arrive in good condition?
